It is already a cliché to hear "breakfast is the most important meal of the day". But no matter how much we say this, this meal continues to be left out. The problem is that by not eating a healthy breakfast, we are compromising our health and well-being.

 

Mornings at half speed? Put more energy into it

There's nothing better than breaking your fast with a healthy breakfast with everything you're entitled to: energy that gets your body working again. Skipping this meal equals not having your engine running properly. Which in this case translates into drowsiness and difficulty concentrating.
"Oh so, skipping breakfast helps you lose weight." No, that's incorrect! Eating first thing in the morning prevents overeating at lunchtime. Not to add that it is still associated with reduced risk of heart disease. So there's no doubt about it: breakfast is to be eaten. But it's not enough to eat, you need to eat well.

 

Don't have breakfast on bread and water

After all, what do you need to eat to leave the house in good condition? Well, a good breakfast should get your body working properly. And for that you need vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, carbohydrates and fats. 
In other words, it is to eat cereals and derivatives, dairy products or their substitutes, and fruit. Since our body is made up of 70% water, it is also a good idea to drink a glass or two to replenish your hydration levels.
Yes, mornings are always busy. But that can't be an excuse. To make life easier for you, we share with you some ideas for healthy breakfasts for you and the whole family.

 

Breakfast for the runners 

For the morning sprinters, we have two solutions. Natural yogurt with oat flakes and fruit, or talk to the blender and make a fruit smoothie. In 5 minutes you have everything you need to start the day right.

 

Breakfast of champions

If it's energy you're after, avocado porridge is a good option. Mash the avocado with a banana and a vegetable drink. Then just top it off with blackberries and cocoa nuggets and you're done: you're ready to face the day with this energy bomb.

Who said that simple has to be boring? Surely not a person who starts the day with natural juices or green juices.
For the natural ones, try our beet juice. All fruit and vegetables, no added water, sugar or preservatives! For days with more time, you can put in the blender a small beet, a carrot and a red apple with peel and water. Then just add a whole wheat bread sandwich with cottage cheese and it's a treat.

With the green juices the conversation is different.  Have you tried our cucumber and celery juice?  A combination of apple, cucumber, celery, spinach, and lemon. The mix of fruits and vegetables gets your body working and detoxifying. It's an early start to being productive. On the weekend, here's the challenge: create your own recipe with dark green leafy vegetables, fruit, legumes like pumpkin, and even root vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes! You can also add seeds to your green juices to make them even more nutritious. It sounds like a big mix, but trust us. Your breakfasts will never be the same again. 

As you can see, there is no lack of good recipes for your healthy breakfasts. The trick is just to plan everything in advance. If you can do that, you're guaranteed not to feel like skipping this important meal ever again.
