Cucumber & Celery Green Gazpacho Recipe
 

Ingredients:

- 1 bottle of SoNatural Celery-Cucumber juice
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 green or red bell pepper
- 1/2 large zucchini
- 1 avocado
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to taste


Instructions:

Wash and peel all the vegetables and cut into cubes. Combine the vegetables, avocado and juice in a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture s homogenous. Add bread to thicken if desired. Add the seasonings and mix thoroughly to taste.

Serve with toasted bread and garnish with parsley.
