It's not easy to find healthy breakfast options that are both simple and quick to make. Always a good bet: chia puddings! We leave here a suggestion from Mariana's blog Healthy Tasty Kitchen.



150ml vegetable juice
100ml Sonatural Mango Banana juice
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Coconut flake

1. Combine the vegetable juice and two tablespoons of chia seeds in a glass bottle and stir well
2. In another bottle, put the Sonatural juice and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, then shake.
3. Place both bottles in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours
4. Arrange by placing a layer of vegetable chia seed pudding followed by a layer of fruit chia seed pudding
5. Add topping to taste (e.g. coconut flakes)
