(organic, if possible)
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 cup of SoNatural pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of lemon peel zest
- Combine all the ingredients into a jar with a lid
- Stir well until the seeds are submerged in the juice
- Seal the lid and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours
- Eat directly from the jar!
Add fresh fruit in top of the pudding to taste!
