Pomegranate Quark Panna Cotta Recipe
- 250 mL of SoNatural Pomegranate juice
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 250 g of Quark
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons of sugar of stevia (optional)
- Strawberries (as desired)
Place the gelatin sheets in cold water to soak. When hydrated, drain well and microwave with a spoonful of water until dissolved. In a bowl, combine the juice, gelatin mixture, quark cheese, vanilla extract and sugar (optional). Combine everything with a mixer.
Divide the mixture into different molds and refrigerate until solidified. When serving, blend strawberries in a blender and use the sauce as a garnish.
